These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the lalouve.co.za website and your enrolment with La Louve Private Hair Academy (“La Louve”). By using this website or enrolling in one of our programmes, you agree to these terms.

Enrolment and admission

Enrolment is subject to meeting our minimum admission requirements: applicants must be at least 16 years old, with Grade 10 (or equivalent, NQF Level 1) as the minimum entry requirement. Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee a place; places are confirmed on registration.

Fees and payment

Current programme fees are published on our Fees page and are subject to change for future intakes. Registration deposits are non-refundable and secure your place for the applicable intake year. Flexible payment options may be available; please contact our admissions team to discuss a payment plan before enrolling.

Qualifications and accreditation

La Louve is accredited by the Services SETA and provisionally registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). Students train toward the National Certificate: Hairdressing (SAQA), with the option to pursue the internationally recognised City & Guilds qualification through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), subject to meeting the relevant requirements. Website use

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and video, is the property of La Louve or used with permission, and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. We aim to keep information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or current at all times.

Salon services

Salon services performed by students under supervision, or by our professional stylists, are subject to availability and normal salon booking terms. Please arrive on time for appointments; late arrival may require rescheduling.

Limitation of liability

While we take reasonable care in providing our training and salon services, La Louve is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from services provided, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
