Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • A confirmation email or text will be sent upon successful booking.
  • We recommend arriving at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or cancellation at our discretion.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service booked).
  • No-shows may be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Payments

  • We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards.
  • Full payment is required at the time of service.
  • Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • All special offers are subject to availability and may have expiration dates.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform your stylist or technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health and safety reasons.
  • Children are welcome in the salon only if they have an appointment or are supervised by an adult.

Liability

  • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients, La Louve is not liable for allergic reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction due to failure to disclose relevant health information.
  • Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by their stylist or technician.

  • All content, images, and branding on this website are the property of La Louve and may not be copied or reused without permission.
  • By using our website, you agree not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
